So there's probably not many visitors to this site that need a jeweller in my little corner of the world, but if it helps just one person I'll be stoked!

Since the first time I saw a picture of an asscher online, I've known it's what I wanted. When I first went shopping, I was appalled at the sorts of things that were shown to me as "asschers", although most places simply gave me a blank look or told me I meant princess cut!  The prices at most places were enough to make me seriously consider buying online from America.

From the first phone call, Ross Ezekiel was enthusiastic about finding my diamond. Three days later, six diamonds had arrived from Belgium for me to look at. We met in his office rather than his shop, which has good natural lighting and a small lamp on the desk which I could turn on and off at will. He showed me the diamonds one at a time, saving the best until last. Then we played around for a while lining up different diamonds to see which one I picked out of the line up (same one every time!)

My consultation with the bench jeweller (with input from most of the other staff!) was just as encouraging. I took along an A4 size picture of a ring that was similar to what I wanted and by the end of our meeting it was covered in his notations - he led me through a discussion of every aspect of the design, and I left the meeting confident that the ring would be perfect.

The process from start to finish has been fantastic, the staff attentive and enthusiastic, and the finished product is a dream! I would not hesitate to recommend this jeweller to anyone."
